Kiln Inspection Kit for Running Kilns
The MMD is a modular kiln inspection kit for circumference checks and key mechanical measurements on operating kilns. It covers tyre axial runout, support roller shaft deflection, and girth gear axial runout and radial eccentricity without asking the plant for a shutdown.
Three configurations are available. Circumferential handles circumference and diameter checks. Advanced adds the core inductive-sensor measurements. Combo keeps the same scope and adds a laser option where access is difficult.
