For a market‑leading customer, we created a premium ozone‑therapy platform focused on speed, safety, and efficiency. The system uses intelligent power and oxygen management to reach the required ozone dosage within seconds, features automatic air‑pressure calibration, and an intelligent single‑port system that lets users deliver ozone and route it to the catalyst without atmospheric leakage. We designed the schematic and PCB, developed the hardware and firmware, implemented a 7‑inch touchscreen UI, and built a PC application for diagnostics and firmware updates. EMC and LVD testing plus mass‑production consultancy and cost analysis completed the delivery.
