Alpha Teknoloji Signs U.S. Distributor Agreement with J.F. Menzia & Sons LLC

We are pleased to announce that Alpha Teknoloji has signed a distributor agreement with J.F. Menzia & Sons LLC, making our MMD modular measurement systems for rotary kilns and dryers available to plants across the United States through a partner that lives and breathes rotary equipment.
Who are J.F. Menzia & Sons?
J.F. Menzia & Sons design, manufacture, install and maintain rotary equipment for industrial processing — rotary kilns, dryers, conditioners and other rotating units — serving companies across America since 1999. The family's history in the industry reaches much further back: it began in the 1950s, when Joseph Menzia started his career with the Allis Chalmers Cement Mining Division. Today the company he inspired operates a complete fabrication shop and an expert field service team covering everything from trunnion and tire resurfacing to turnkey rotary dryer solutions.
Why this partnership makes sense
MMD was built for exactly the equipment J.F. Menzia & Sons work on every day. Their field crews inspect, repair and rebuild kilns and dryers; our modular system measures the geometry that drives those decisions — circumference and diameter, tyre axial runout, support roller shaft deflection, and girth gear runout and eccentricity — all on running equipment, with no shutdown required.
For plant operators in the United States, the agreement means:
- Local access to MMD systems through a partner who understands rotary equipment from the inside
- Measurement backed by service — the people supplying the instrument are the same people who can act on what it finds
- Faster support, in your time zone and your language
About MMD
MMD is Alpha Teknoloji's modular kiln inspection system. An encoder wheel measures the circumference and diameter of kiln shells, tyres and support rollers; high-precision inductive sensors measure tyre axial runout, support roller shaft deflection, and girth gear axial runout and radial eccentricity; and a laser distance sensor covers the same measurements where access is difficult. We look forward to a long and productive partnership.
